About Us
TMP Coaching is
absolutely passionate about using coaching to help people reach (and
exceed) their potential. We’re experienced enough to provide a high level
of professionalism in everything that we do, yet small enough to care
about the values and issues that matter to you.
We believe in building
long-term relationships with our clients and will never try to sell you
anything. Our fundamental starting point is that we will help you
make the best buying decision for you, your employees and for your business – we will
always tell you if we are not the right coach for you or if we feel your
needs would be met by a different type of support.
We are honest,
committed and dedicated to supporting people to be the best they can be.
We also bring a love of life to everything we do … we believe that to be
truly successful, we all need a sensible balance between our work and home
lives – that’s why our coaching sessions are always about fun, empowerment
and achieving both professional and personal goals.
Our lead consultant,
Tania Le Marinel, is a qualified life coach, NLP practitioner and senior
human resources manager with more than 25 years’ business management
experience supported by a Masters Degree in human resources.
Tania is also a
registered practitioner for HeartMath's Freezeframer®
Interactive Learning System and Emwave coherence coaching system
and a qualified psychometric assessor and Pinpoint Facilitator.
We also work with a
range of qualified associates who can provide additional training and
mentoring support.
Where did the name TMP Coaching come from?
Tania Le Marinel, Lead
Consultant, says:
Two years ago I was
working in a senior management role for a small to medium-sized
organisation. I was managing a budget of £5M and a team of 16 people yet
somehow I still wasn’t getting enough personal satisfaction from my busy
workload and hectic schedule. Something was missing and I couldn’t work
out what it was. I figured it must be a different job, a new role, a new
challenge, a new company – yet I still couldn’t come up with a solution
that satisfied me.
After a considerable
time spent reading self-help books and thinking about what to do, I
finally decided to sign up for life-coaching myself. I’d been so focused
on ‘what do I want to do’ that I’d never considered the more important
question, ‘who do I want to be?’ Life coaching taught me to understand
that helping people find the right solutions to improve their lives was
what I wanted to do more than anything else in the world.
I hadn’t realised that
I’d actually been doing something along those lines for many years in my
management role, I’d just never know that it had a job title – life coach.
I therefore trained as
a professional life coach during 2006 and launched TMP Coaching in the
summer of 2006. I’ve since completed my NLP Practitioner Certificate and
continue to be absolutely fascinated by the power of the mind to change
our beliefs, our intentions and, ultimately, make our goals and dreams
come true.
The next step was
obviously to move into management and performance coaching and I now get
incredible satisfaction from helping other people work through their
problems and issues to find the solutions that work for them. I finally
found what was missing from my life and working as a coach gives me an
incredible buzz - I now know that coaching is who I am, as well as what I
do.
The whole experience
finally gave me the idea for the perfect name for my business –
The Missing Piece.
